Return Policy

At GTM Tools USA, we are committed to providing excellent service and quality equipment. Please review our policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund.

2. Order Cancellations (After 24 Hours)

  • Cancellations made after 24 hours but before processing are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • If you choose to reorder, this fee may be applied as a discount on your new purchase.

3. Cancellations Within 7 Days of Estimated Ship Date

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shipping date will receive only a 50% refund due to production and preparation costs.

4. Cancellations After Shipping

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If you refuse delivery or return the order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 50% restocking fee.

5. Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and on an unopened pallet.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee (excluding applicable sales tax).

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product.

  • The product must be in resalable condition with all items, parts, and manuals included.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

7. Shipping Damage Claims

  • All deliveries must be inspected at the time of delivery.

  • Any damage or shortage claims must be reported within 5 business days.

  • For freight shipments, please note “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt.

  • Claims made after 5 days cannot be honored.

8. Non-Returnable Items

  • Special-order or custom equipment.

  • Used, assembled, or modified products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Consumables (e.g., filters, fluids, spark plugs).

9. Warranty vs. Returns

  • Defective items may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s process and may require inspection, repair, or replacement instead of a refund.
