1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the continental United States.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be available with additional fees. Please contact us for a custom quote.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details by email once your shipment is on its way.

3. Shipping Methods

Small items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Heavy or oversized equipment (generators, loaders, dumpers, etc.) is shipped via freight carriers.

4. Freight Deliveries

Residential and business deliveries are available.
Additional services such as liftgate delivery, limited access delivery, or inside delivery may incur extra charges.
Customers must ensure access for delivery trucks and provide accurate shipping details (including contact phone number).

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Small parcel deliveries: 3–7 business days.
Freight shipments: 7–14 business days, depending on location and carrier schedules.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Certain promotions may include free shipping on eligible items.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us immediately and note it on the delivery receipt for freight shipments.
