  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may be available with additional fees. Please contact us for a custom quote.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details by email once your shipment is on its way.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Small items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • Heavy or oversized equipment (generators, loaders, dumpers, etc.) is shipped via freight carriers.

4. Freight Deliveries

  • Residential and business deliveries are available.

  • Additional services such as liftgate delivery, limited access delivery, or inside delivery may incur extra charges.

  • Customers must ensure access for delivery trucks and provide accurate shipping details (including contact phone number).

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Small parcel deliveries: 3–7 business days.

  • Freight shipments: 7–14 business days, depending on location and carrier schedules.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Certain promotions may include free shipping on eligible items.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us immediately and note it on the delivery receipt for freight shipments.
