  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GTM Tools USA is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

  • Liftgate, residential delivery, or special handling may incur additional charges.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Some heavy or special-order equipment may be subject to a restocking fee.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
